A brow treatment is a three–part process usually completed within two appointments.

The price you are quoted will include all three stages.

 

 

THE CONSULTATION

The first part of the process is a consultation. This is normally done as part of your initial treatment, but can be done separately if you prefer. I will talk with you in great detail about the look you are trying to achieve and what we might recommend to you. This is very much a two-way conversation. Once I have an idea of the look you are aiming for, I will draw the brows on with a makeup pencil. These can be drawn on and adjusted many times if necessary until you are happy!  I will never begin the tattoo process until you are completely happy with what they are going to look like.

PERMANENT MAKEUP - EYEBROWS EMBROIDERY

Using a specialist, state of the art facial tattooing machine, Nouveau Contour, which works at a much lower frequency than a standard tattoo machine, I gently apply pigment to the skin using very fine needles.  The sensation is that of an electric toothbrush being held against your skin, you will feel the vibrations but you should not feel any discomfort. I will always work with you at this stage, giving you breaks if you need them. The process normally takes about one hour, but it varies from person to person depending on your individual requirements. Immediately after a brow treatment you should expect the area to look 40-50% darker than the color you have chosen in consultation. This will start to fade after 3-4 days.

3D MICROBLADING TECHNIQUE

Using the PhiBrows tools and equipment for our clients.  A state of the art microblading tools and pigments, tiny precision hair strokes are created by hand, mimicking the natural direction and lengths of your brows. Pigments are then implanted into the channels created by the microblades in the dermal layer of the skin. The sensation is similar to a little scratch but you should not feel any discomfort. As with the permanent makeup treatment the area will look 40-50% darker than the color you have chosen in consultation, but this will fade within 3-4 days to reveal your chosen color. The treatment generally takes around 2 hours and will leave you with highly defined, ultra-realistic looking brows.

3D FEATHERED HAIRSTROKE TECHNIQUE

A soft hair stroke applied to the brow to make it look as if hair has actually grown and give the most soft natural look of all.  For a natural and long lasting true color,  we use LI Pigment products, the most trusted brand pigment in Semi-Permanent Cosmetic Industry world wide.

MAGIC SHADING-STARDUST EFFECT - FASHION POWDER BROWS TECHNIQUE

Magic shading is the latest technique in Semi-Permanent Cosmetic tattoo.  For a natural and long lasting true color,  we use LI Pigment products, the most trusted brand pigment in Semi-Permanent Cosmetic Industry world wide.

THE RETOUCH

​

A second appointment is needed 4-12 weeks after your first treatment. This is usually a 30-60 minute appointment to add more pigment to the brow area. This is because as the area is healing, some parts may not ‘hold’ as well as others and you may have a few patches that need more color. This is completely normal and everyone heals differently. Whatever the case, I advise you always come back  for your retouch.

Q & As

​

Q.  Will I need to remove my makeup for the treatment?

A.  It is required that makeup is removed for any treatment. However, please wear your usual make-up for the appointment so I can see your style.  Alternatively, you can send me your picture with makeup in advance before the appointment.

Q.  Will my brows look very dark after the treatment?

A.  You should be prepared for the color intensity to be significantly sharper and darker immediately after the treatment. This will subside and become lighter as the skin heals. This process can take up to 10 days.

Q.  Do you do hairstrokes or block brows?

A.  I specialize in ultra-realistic permanent cosmetics. For brows, this means I can imitate natural brow hairs, whether you have any left, or none. Alternatively, if you do want a block brow style that can also be achieved. I will work with you to achieve the perfect brow style for you.
