APPOINTMENTS

We are by-appointment only.  No other person is allowed to be in the room during this service.

CONSULTATIONS

All consultations are free of charge, however there is a $50 penalty for no-shows/ cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled consultation appointment.  If you book a full appointment, there is no need to book a separate consultation as each appointment begins with a consultation.

PERFECTING SESSIONS

Each semi-permanent makeup treatment includes a Perfecting Session which is included in the treatment cost. The Perfecting Session must be completed within two months of the original treatment (we recommend that you schedule your Perfecting Session before you leave the salon). There is a $50 penalty for no-shows/ cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled Perfecting Session appointment.

TOUCH-UP SESSIONS

Timing for Touch-Up sessions are calculated from the date of the last treatment (whether it is a Perfecting Session or another Touch-Up). For example, if you had your semi-permanent treatment on January 1st, and your complimentary Perfecting Session on March 1st, then the six-month period for a Touch-up ends on September 1st.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 fee.

LATENESS

Please plan to arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment (for new clients, please plan on ten minutes before your scheduled appointment, to allow time for intake forms). We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. Please understand that the treatments need their allocated time to get the best result possible, we cannot rush or cut corners.

TIPPING

Tipping is appreciated for good service. Tips usually average 10 - 20% of treatment price.  These can be given in cash or charged to a credit card.

REFUNDS

All treatments and packages are non-refundable.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS & LIMITATIONS

We may require doctor’s permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform any semi-permanent treatments on women who are pregnant, or on anyone who is under the age of 18.
